HIGHLIGHTS

Beyond our regular storytimes, Tinker Tuesdays, Dance Pants, LEGO, book clubs, adult craft lab, and concert, please take note of the following special events:

  • Saturday, 3/7, 2:30 p.m. Bee Boxes with Healthy Adventures. Learn how to make a bee box to draw native bees into your garden.
  • Saturday, 3/14, 11:00 a.m. Speech & Language Enrichment Class for Age 0-3 Years.  This play-based communication program for ages 0-3 years is led by licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Suying Rothrock from Little Sprouts Speech.
  • Saturday, 3/14, 2:00 p.m. Find the Senior Living Community for You. Are you or a relative considering moving into a senior living community? Marian Karpisek will give tips on finding one to not only live out life but continue to grow and thrive.
  • Saturday, 3/21, 11:00 a.m. Smartphone Basics Workshop. An introductory workshop designed to help you feel more confident using your smartphone. Learn essential skills including calls, texting, contacts, camera basics, apps, and simple settings that make daily use easier.
  • Saturday, 3/21, 2:30 p.m. The Art and Architecture of India. Professor Gwenyth Mapes will take us on a quick romp through some of India’s most famous art and architecture.
