In addition to our usual story times, LEGO Power Hours, Tinker Tuesdays, board game times, book clubs, etc., I’d like to draw your attention to the following:
Children’s Events
7/1 (Fri) 10:00: Sparkles the Clown will present a magic, comedy, and bubbles show.
7/8 (Fri) 10:00: Kids can meet real wild animals with Wild Wonders.
7/15 (Fri) 10:00: Craig Newton will play and introduce a wide variety of musical instruments.
7/22 (Fri) 10:00: The San Diego Guild of Puppetry will put on a puppet show.
7/29 (Fri) 10:00: Ruth and Emilia, a mother-daughter duo, will sing.
Adult Events
7/11 & 7/25 (Mon) 12:00: Lunchtime Lectures will feature such topics as the Museum of Photographic Arts.
7/11 (Mon) 6:30: Get to know the Mission Hills Nursery with owners Toni and Fausto Palafox.
7/16 (Sat) 10:00: The Friends of the Library will hold their monthly meeting. If you’re interested in getting more involved with supporting the library, please attend.
7/26 (Tue) 12:00: Listen to beautiful music performed by a faculty member from Villa Musica.
